Step 1:
Make sure you have the appropriate documents
a. If you are sending a Birth Certificate or Death Certificate please make sure they are signed by the County Clerk / Registrar (Country Clerk Recorder). At the Bottom of the page.
b. For any other document, make sure that it is properly notarized. In our website you can find some examples of documents ready to send through for the authentication process, Certification, or Apostille.
Step 2:
Form – Application for Authentication
a. In the section below, click on the form that corresponds to the state that issued the document or the location from which it is sent.
b. Complete the form in its entirety.
Step 3:
Complete Your Order form for apostilles
a. Once you have completed the form, mail it to the address indicated in the form.
b. Please make sure when shipping that you send your original documents, the form and payment payable to SOS Apostilles.
