Authenticating a Vital Record
When you need a vital record (birth/death certificate, marriage or dissolution of marriage certificate, etc.) authenticated, you should first get a recently issued certified copy of the record/s from county officials and local registrars. A certified copy of a county record is not appropriate.
Translating documents
Documents that need to be translated would need a notary on the translated document which must be signed by the translator in the presence of the notary. The original document would then be submitted along with the notarized translation for authentication.
Authenticating a Transcript or Diploma
